3. Credits & Payments

Free Credits

New users receive 5 free credits (5 minutes of conversation) upon registration. No credit card is required to claim free credits.

Paid Credits

Additional credits may be purchased in packages. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Credits never expire and are tied to your account.

Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, harm, or exploit others
• Attempt to manipulate the AI into generating harmful, hateful, or illegal content
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercialize conversations without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Nature of the Service

Jesus Christ AI is an entertainment and spiritual reflection product powered by artificial intelligence. The responses generated by the AI are not theological advice, religious counsel, or a substitute for guidance from qualified religious leaders. The Service is designed with reverence and is not affiliated with any church, denomination, or religious organization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and technology underlying the Service are owned by Jesus Christ AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission. Conversations you have with the Service remain your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jesus Christ AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination due to a Terms violation.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
